Some form of management experience in a salon is ideal but not essential. Exceptional customer service is essential. The Role will be to help maintain the salon standards, work with the team to help them to achieve goals & targets, working closely with the director on improving salon experiences. We have our own training school and a fabulous Artistic Team so there are also opportunities to show your creative side outside of the salons by doing editorial work.
