We're so excited to have you join us. To help us create the best possible experience for your first visit, we kindly ask all new clients to fill out a quick pre-appointment form. This helps our stylists and colourists get to know your hair, its condition, texture, your likes and dislikes, and what you're hoping to achieve.

We’ll also ask about the shampoo and conditioner you currently use and give you the option to upload a photo of your hair. This gives us a head start in understanding your unique needs and ensures we’re fully prepared to make your hair goals a reality.

Important Skin Test Policy

For your safety, a skin test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service. We carry out a skin test every 6 months due to guidelines.

A skin test is also required when:

You have home coloured (including box dyes or colour kits)
Had colour services at other salons
Had any recent tattoos, including permanent makeup
Any changes in medication that may affect sensitivity

Even if you’ve been patch tested before, these factors can increase the risk of a reaction. Please contact us to arrange your skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
