Salon Manager & Artistic Director

With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and hands-on expertise to the salon. As Salon Manager and Artistic Director, she plays an important role in supporting the team while continuing to develop her own specialist skills.

She holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications, alongside an Assessor A1 Award, and has continued to build on her cutting expertise through specialist training, including courses with Gary Sutherland and Anne Veck.

Her passion for colour has also led her to complete a range of specialist courses with Not Another Salon, including advanced training in bleach work and vivid colour.

She particularly loves creating vibrant, vivid colours and beautifully blended grey tones, combining technical expertise with a creative approach to help each client find a colour that suits them.
